Day 1: Discover the highlights of Wuhan

Day 2: Experience Wuhan's food culture

Wuhan is a paradise for foodies, famous for its hot and dry noodles, sesame paste dumplings, and soups. Start your day by having a traditional breakfast of hot and dry noodles at a local restaurant.

After breakfast, take a stroll along Han Street, a popular pedestrian shopping street in Wuhan. You'll find shops selling traditional snacks, souvenirs, and fashion items.

For lunch, head to Hubu Lane, a famous food street that serves up some of Wuhan's most delicious snacks. Don't miss out on the duck necks, dried tofu, and spicy noodles.

In the afternoon, visit the Guiyuan Temple, one of the largest Buddhist temples in Wuhan. The temple is famous for its vegetarian dishes, which are prepared by the monks.

In the evening, experience the nightlife of Wuhan at Hankou Jiangtan Park. There are many bars, cafes, and restaurants in the area where you can enjoy a drink or a meal with friends.

Day 3: Enjoy the natural beauty of Wuhan

On your last day in Wuhan, take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and explore the natural beauty of the area. Start your day by visiting Wuhan Botanical Garden, one of the largest botanical gardens in China. The garden has over 4,000 species of plants, including rare and endangered species.

Afterwards, head over to East Lake, the largest urban lake in China. Take a boat ride on the lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh air.

For lunch, try some fresh seafood at the nearby Fisherman's Wharf. The wharf is a popular destination for seafood lovers, where you can select and cook your own seafood.

In the afternoon, visit the Mulan Heaven Lake Scenic Area, which is located 30 kilometres outside the city centre. The scenic area has a beautiful lake surrounded by forests and mountains, and is a popular destination for hiking and picnicking.
